Relatively little was ever known about this project, apart from that it appeared to be an attempt to remake Ultima 1 using a combination of graphics from the PC port of the game, as well as from Ultima 5:

The transparent interface element at the bottom of the image bears a strong resemblance to the interface used by the now-defunct The Gate of Sosaria.
